Any use by you of our websites is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We may change these Terms without letting you know and therefore it is up to you to check the Terms and Conditions for any changes whenever you visit any of our websites and in particular before placing an order. Your continued use of our websites means that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
If you pay by credit or debit card, you will be redirected to the Sage Pay website when you place an order. Your card details are entered on a secured page and they are transferred using secure technology.
Prices are as set out on the websites and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Confirmation of the price of a product will be made by us when your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the websites are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the websites as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on our websites at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. Specific products may be sold subject to additional terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees. Where this applies information will be included in the product description and information.
If you wish to cancel an order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, clearly stating who you are and what items you wish to cancel. We cannot cancel orders once they are dispatched.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our products within a period of 14 working days, beginning on the day after the day that the item was delivered.
To return a product, please log into your account and submit your return request. Please make sure this authorisation code is sent with the returned product, as all products received without an authorisation code will be automatically disposed of at our warehouse and no refund will be given. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. You will also be responsible for ensuring the product is kept in the original condition you received it in, this includes making sure the product is well packed and insured during transit on its return to us. On receipt of the product with an authorisation code we will refund the cost of the product purchased, but we will not be liable for any of the carriage costs.
Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

LIMITED. You may not reproduce, transmit, publicly perform, distribute, modify, adapt, bundle, alter, distribute or create derivative works of the site, in whole or in part.
Privacy - What do you do with my personal information?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and in accordance with our internal security policy. When you shop on our websites, we will store all information you input on our secure server. We do not share or sell and customer data.

Please note all offers and promotions are not in conjunction with any other offer or promotions unless otherwise stated. Offers are only valid until the specified date any orders placed after said date will not be entitled to the offer.
