Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

You will be responsible for returning the goods to us. If you would like to exchange your item, please follow our returns procedure and place a new order online for the product you would like.

Our Returns Policy

  •  You can return your item within 30 days of purchase.
  • All items must be returned with a valid invoice and in the original packaging.
  • Products must be unused and in a re-saleable condition.
  • You will be deducted £4 from your refund for the cost of the return.
  • Your original delivery charge will not be refunded.
  • Personalised items cannot be returned.

Pop-Up Shop Returns

Our Pop-up shop in Covent Garden has now closed.
However, you can return your purchases from our Covent Garden store to us. You will need your e-receipt or proof of purchase to make the return.
The customer will be responsible for returning the goods to us, and will be responsible for the cost of the return. Proof of shipping must be provided.

Please contact the team via [email protected] to request your return.

All items must be returned with a copy of your transaction code found on your e-receipt, in the original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition. Please also include your contact details (phone number and/or email address).
