Extended Returns

Orders placed between 1st November and 31st December can be returned within 60 days of purchase.

Pop-Up Shop Returns

Our Pop-up shop in Covent Garden has now closed.
However, you can return your purchases from our Covent Garden store to us. You will need your e-receipt or proof of purchase to make the return.
The customer will be responsible for returning the goods to us, and will be responsible for the cost of the return. Proof of shipping must be provided.

All items must be returned with a copy of your transaction code found on your e-receipt, in the original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition.
