What Our Bags Are Made From

Our bags are crafted from PU vegan leather, a premium quality synthetic material that delivers the luxurious look and feel of traditional leather without the use of any animal products. Durable, consistent in texture and finish, and resistant to everyday wear, PU vegan leather is the ideal material for bags that are both beautiful and built to last.

All metal hardware, including zips, clasps and buckles, is finished in brushed gold or silver tone, chosen to complement each colourway and add a premium finishing touch.

The interior lining varies by style and is detailed on each individual product page.

Everyday Care

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as this can cause the colour to fade over time.
• Store your bag in a cool, dry place when not in use, ideally in the dust bag provided.
• Avoid overloading your bag beyond its intended capacity, as this can put strain on the zips, straps and seams.

Cleaning the Exterior

For light marks and everyday dirt, gently wipe the surface with a soft damp cloth.

For more stubborn marks, apply a small amount of mild soap to a soft, damp cloth and gently buff the area in a circular motion. Wipe away any soap residue with a clean damp cloth and leave to air dry naturally.

Do not use harsh chemical cleaners, alcohol-based products or abrasive cloths, as these can damage the surface of the material.

Cleaning the Interior Lining

Turn the bag upside down and gently shake out any loose debris. For marks on the interior lining, gently dab with a slightly damp cloth. Allow to air dry fully before use.

Caring for the Hardware

Wipe metal hardware with a soft dry cloth to keep it looking polished. Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray or cleaning products, as these can affect the finish over time.

Caring for the Zips

If a zip feels stiff, gently run a soft pencil or a small amount of clear beeswax along the zip teeth to help it glide more smoothly. Avoid forcing a zip if it feels resistant; check that no fabric or lining is caught before trying again.

What to Avoid

• Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
• Do not iron or steam directly onto the bag.
• Do not use bleach or solvent-based cleaners.
• Do not leave in direct sunlight or extreme heat for extended periods.

A Note on Colour

As with all coloured materials, very dark clothing worn against a light-coloured bag may occasionally transfer colour onto the surface. We recommend avoiding prolonged contact between light-coloured bags and dark fabrics, particularly when new.
