Terms and Conditions

Any use by you of our website is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We may change these Terms without letting you know and therefore it is up to you to check the Terms and Conditions for any changes whenever you visit our website and in particular before placing an order. Your continued use of our website means that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you pay by credit or debit card, you will be redirected to the Stripe website when you place an order. Your card details are entered on a secured page and they are transferred using secure technology.

Contract Formation

When an order is placed on the website, it is considered an offer to purchase the products in the order. An order confirmation email will be sent, acknowledging receipt of the order and detailing the products ordered. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order. A contract is formed when the products are dispatched.

Prices

Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Confirmation of the price of a product will be made by us when your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy. Where you have requested delivery to a Non-EU Country address, the products and delivery service will normally be zero-rated i.e. not subject to UK VAT. However, the price paid by you for the products and/or the delivery service will remain the same as shown on the website. As no VAT has been charged there is no tax to reclaim from us.

Reasonable care is taken to ensure all product details, descriptions, and prices on the website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The customer will be given the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If the customer cannot be contacted, the order will be treated as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and the customer has already paid, a full refund will be issued. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Product Descriptions

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on our website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. Specific products may be sold subject to additional terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees. Where this applies information will be included in the product description and information.

Personalisation

Please note personalised products are not refundable. Upper case Times New Roman is the font used when stamping products. A maximum of three characters can be stamped onto each product. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery, delivery times can vary in seasonal periods.

Cancelling an Order

We try to process all of our orders as soon as possible so that you receive them quickly. Because of this, in most cases, we will be unable to cancel or amend your order. Please email [email protected] and we will see if it is possible.

Distance Selling

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our products within a period of 30 working days, beginning on the day after the day that the item was delivered.

You will be deducted £4 from your refund for the cost of the return unless the item is damaged. To return a product, please log into your account and submit your return request. Please make sure your return has been authorised prior to sending. Any unauthorised products received will be automatically disposed of at our warehouse and no refund will be given. For your protection. You will also be responsible for ensuring the product is kept in the original condition you received it in, this includes making sure the product is well packed and insured during transit on its return to us. On receipt of the product, we will refund the cost of the product purchased, but we will not be liable for any of the carriage costs.

Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it, in part or in whole, other than for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the prior permission of LC DESIGNS CO. LIMITED. You may not reproduce, transmit, publicly perform, distribute, modify, adapt, bundle, alter, distribute or create derivative works of the site, in whole or in part.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with GDPR) and in accordance with our internal security policy. When you shop on our websites, we will store all information you input on our secure server. We do not share or sell any customer data. We use Cookies to keep track of your current shopping session to personalise your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping basket at any time - if you do not accept Cookies you will be unable to use this website. We will treat all your personal information as confidential and keep this information on a secure server. You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your Personal Information, we are entitled to do so. Offers and Promotions

Please note all offers and promotions are not in conjunction with any other offer or promotions unless otherwise stated. Offers are only valid until the specified date any orders placed after said date will not be entitled to the offer.

E-Gift Cards

E-Gift Cards are non-refundable after purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Cards issued in GBP can only be used online at www.stackers.com.
Gift Cards issued in Euros can only be used online at www.stackers.com/eu
Gift Cards issued in US Dollars can only be used online at www.stackers.com/us
E-Gift Cards can be used with one other method of payment (debit / credit card or PayPal)
Refunds for online purchases made with a Gift Card and returned to the website will be placed back onto a new Gift Card. If you paid for your order partly by debit/credit card, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment card.
E-Gift Cards can be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than their face value upon payment of the difference.

The products displayed on this website are owned and manufactured exclusively by LC Designs. All of these products are protected under copyright, patent and trademark laws and corresponding international registrations. It is strictly prohibited to copy, republish or redistribute any content and materials without prior authorisation from LC Designs.

Please note, designs have been registered with the Patent Office and Copywatch. We will and have taken legal action to stop importers, factories and trading companies for copyright infringement.
