A couple of people have asked me for the deets on this #ikeahack recently so here they are …
I couldn’t get something long enough to fit the space and I wanted a dressing table that was functional and pretty! It came in under £300.
🌿We used 2 sets of #malm drawers, spaced to fit the area and to allow room for my #ghostchair (from the Optometry Practice I had, back in the day 👀)
🌿We got a beech plywood top cut to the correct depth and length to allow a small overhang.
🌿We added plankhardware handles
🌿The wood was finished with osmo_uk
Another #savvybargain with heaps of storage!! The right hand side is used for cosmetics, make up, hair tools etc and the left for ‘smalls & PJs’

Dressing room details 🫶🏼💍
A spare room we use as wardrobe space and my dressing table area too that I don’t think I’ve ever put on the grid before!
We’ve lived here just under 4 years and this dressing table has lived in 3 out of the 4 bedrooms we have 😂
