Rural deliveries may take longer.
Our products are sent via our preferred courier service NZ Couriers that deliver between 7:30am and 7pm weekdays.
All deliveries require a signature so if you are unable to take delivery in person then please contact us with an alternative address and contact telephone number.
If you provide either your email address or phone number you will be able to request goods to be left safe somewhere, delivered to a neighbour, collect from depot, change the delivery day or upgrade delivery.
Please note during seasonal periods there can be some delays to delivery.
Delivery times are dependent on where you live and our stock levels, although we do our best to try and minimise delays in our delivery service we cannot guarantee delivery times. North Island delivery is normally overnight, while South Island normally takes 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If a product from your order is for some reason not currently in stock or delayed, we will do our best to inform you of this, along with an expected shipping date.
