A Message from Us
Dear Stackers community,
As we move further into uncertain times we just wanted to check in and update you on the actions we are taking to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers and our staff.
Warehouse and Dispatch
Following government latest guidelines we have very strict social distancing procedures in our warehouse and dispatch team that is being overseen by our managing director. We have a minimal skeleton staff working on dispatching our orders meaning they are always a lot more than two meters apart at all times. To this, strict guidelines are in place to ensure hands are frequently washed and gloves and masks are being worn.
Due to the reduced level of staff we are only able to delivery goods on a 2-3 day delivery bases with personalised orders taking an additional 15 working days. We will endever to bring these delivery times down but the health and safety of our staff is our priority.
Most of our staff excluding warehouse staff are working from home. Utilising the beauty of technology there will be little impact on our ability to provide you with an excellent customer experience. Please get in contact with us via email or social if you have any questions and concerns.
During this time, we will be unable to manage returns, however, please be reassured we are extending our returns policy to 45 days to allow for this and will continue to review it.
