You can return your item within 15 days of purchase.

All items must be returned with a valid invoice, in the original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition.

Please note personalised items cannot be returned.

You will be deducted €15 from your refund for the cost of the return unless the item is damaged. If you're returning your order from outside of the Benulux-France , you will be responsible for the cost of the return and proof of shipping must be provided

Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
You will be responsible for returning the goods to us. If you would like to exchange your item, please follow our returns procedure and place a new order online for the product you would like.
