We want you to be delighted with your purchase but we know this isn't always the case so you can return any item within 14 days of purchase for a complete refund or 30 days for store credit, as long as it's in its original packaging unused and you provide a proof of purchase.

Please ensure you provide proof of purchase when returning an item. Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed correctly. It is important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-sellable condition. We'd expect this to mean you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused.
A refund will be offered regardless if the goods are faulty. Please note you will be responsible for getting the item back to us.
Over the festive period, we know you might need a little longer to return your items so from November 1st up until January 14th you can return your items to us by post for an exchange or refund.
Items received as a gift are only eligible for exchange. The value of the replacement item must be greater or equal value to the item being exchanged. If the item is of greater value then the difference must be paid.
Items returned to us must be in a resalable condition with a valid proof of purchase from Stackers.com. This can either be the order number or purchasers registered email address.

Once we have received your returned parcel we aim to fulfil your request within 5 working days. You will be notified via email and or via your returns request in your account at each stage of the returns process.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
